This is another painting from that wonderful beach we visited on northern tip of Long Island in the Bahamas. This was another early morning walk on the beach when the light is low and the shadows are pronounced from the trees and other objects.

One of the biggest sailboat cruiser communities in the world is in George Town, Exumas Bahamas. In the winter over 400 cruiser boats arrive for this older adult and family cruiser “camp”. One of the most popular places to hang out and do every activity from volleyball to bocee ball and everything in between is at a beach club and beach called Chat N Chill.
This painting was painted on site looking at one of the old buildings on the site.

We are cruising around the Bahamas in our sailboat and we did several walks on this amazing beach on Long Island, Bahamas. The white sands and the turquoise blue waters are truly that bright and amazing.

This painting is based on a morning river view at Chinon France and some old boats in the river there.

This painting is based on a scene of solo footsteps in the cleanly washed sand beach in George Town area, Bahamas.

We have been anchoring in George Town for about 2 weeks and did various hikes on Stocking Island where you get this amazing view of the sound between Stocking Island and the main Exumas island where George Town is located.
This painting is based on a view from the tall monument on Stocking Island.

This painting was done on the boat while sailing in the Bahamas in Winter 2025. This is based on a view in the Exumas.

On my trip last summer while hiking in the Cinque Terra region, I was able to grab some photos of this small Med harbor at Portofino, Italy.
This was painted on our boat in the Bahamas in January.

We are back on the sailboat in Vero Beach Florida and was able to paint the first picture for this winter of a scene from our sailing adventures in the Bahamas last spring. This scene is based on the amazing turquoise and deep blue colors. The colors come from the depth of the water and the sand underneath.

Just before we left France, I painted this picture from another scene in Montrossa, Italy that I had captured a few weeks earlier.
It was way to wet to travel with so I left it with the Airbnb Host in France.
